Wii 4X Quad Charge Station Review
The pictures just don’t do this charge station justice. First of all, its larger than you would think. It was really easy to swap battery packs off and on. I have read that there are complaints with the straps getting in the way so it misses the contacts, that also had an influence on my decision to purchase. Let me end that here because it is very easy to charge your Wii controller with the straps on, just make sure you hang the strap out in the front, not the sides or the back, basically where the charge amount LED indicators are, it should go near that. It charged all 3 of my controllers quickly and doesn’t lose a charge quick like some of the other ones I have tried. Some chargers say its full, but when you turn the system on and look, you actually have only 2 or 3 bars. Having the charge percentage amount indicators is a very nice touch and very welcomed. People who have complained about the blue LED light, need to learn how to unplug from the AC power cord. It is as simple as that if you cant deal with the blue light, or you can charge it in dark secluded spaces so you don’t even see the blue light. I personally love the blue light. My old charge station had one as well and it makes the room light up, also can be a night light, looks like a flying saucer. The colorful straps is a nice touch for customization. The price may turn some away, but if you look in the right places, picking this up for is well worth every penny, especially for the mAh rechargeable batteries that last 13hrs from a single charge!
Bottom Line: This reduces charge times compared to others and on a charge you can get more hours of playing time than a lot of the other battery packs out there.
